Steve won the championship in the EP class of the Oregon Region of the SCCA and has qualified for the SCCA's National Championship Runoffs, Sept. 20-26 at Road America at Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.

July 24 Camp-in at Rushmans/Sandy Fly-In/Cruise-In

Camping on Friday & Sat night at Paul Rushman's or come up for the day and hang out. The Sandy Kiwanis annual Fly in-Cruise in is on Sunday. Rushman's is across the street from the fly in -cruise in.

July 31 Tillamook Air Museum's annual Cruise-In/Fly-In

Datsuns Northwest was invited by the museum director. Event features a pancake breakfast, live music, beer & wine garden, food and retail vendors, hourly drawings for great prizes and plenty of family-fun activities. $5 admission.

August 20 – 22 Meeting of the MindZ

Jefferson County Fairgrounds, Port Townsend, WA. Hosted by Z-Car Club of Washington. Datsun Z-car and other Datsun owners from OR, WA & BC hang out, camp and talk about cars.

August 28th Northwest Z Show n' Shine

$20 registration, Free B-B-Q for all attendees, Trophies for 240Z * 280Z * 280ZX * 300XZ * 350Z/370Z * Datsun 510 * Roadster * Other Datsun * People's Choice Best Of Show

Sept 17-19 Packwood Smackdown

Doug would like to field a Datsuns NW team again this year. Anyone interested in running this event should contact him at Two510s@verizon.net.

The Packwood events will be PRE REGISTRATION ONLY and there will be a max allowed number of entrants to give those who pay early more runs.

Expect the max entries to be no more than 50 drivers, so if you run all 3 days you will get TONS of seat time, with 6 different courses to run.
